About
Diana is currently ABD and writing her dissertation for her Ph.D. in English Literature and Criticism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has an M.A. in Shakespeare from the University of Exeter in Devon, England. Her bachelor’s degree is in Marketing Communications, with a special emphasis in management and design. She is passionate about strengthening communication, improving outreach, and leveraging design to create high growth and engagement.
As an instructor at both CSU Fresno and Fresno City College in California’s Central Valley, Diana has taught adults and college students from diverse backgrounds, including those with various learning and physical disabilities as well as first generation and Generation 1.5 students. She has participated in SLO creation, managed teams, designed courses across seven different CMS and LMS programs. She is certified in online instruction and development, and specializes in developing engaging and accessible online courses and training.
Originally from Utah, she has studied in Pennsylvania and in England. She has worked in the UK and is currently based in California. She speaks English fluently, Spanish intermediately, and reads French. She loves reading, travel, yoga, and gardening.
